Excel Precision Machining Inc. is a midsize,
hi-tech custom parts manufacturer supporting
the communications, military defense,
avionics, medical and other industries.

The two principals, Tino Tucci and Robert
Pauly, have over thirty years of experience
using "state of the art" equipment. This "high
end shop" employs a highly skilled workforce that takes
pride in its work and is committed to customer satisfaction.

We specialize in complex, more
challenging manufactured parts requiring
multiple setups. Although familiar with a
variety of CAD/CAM softwares, the shop
primarily uses MasterCam.

Tino Tucci manages our CNC
Programming department. He has worked
on projects in a diversity of industries including satellite communications,
aerospace, military and fibre-optics.

Robert Pauly has been a full-time certified machinist since 1980 and is in charge
of our Quality Assurance Program. He has expertise in a number of areas
including machining, methods, procedures and production management.

Excel pays special attention to ensure all staff members are highly trained. Their
skills are perfected in a one on one mentoring program. The staff are thoroughly
trained in the areas of machine tool orientation, CNC machine operation, multi-
machine production, quality inspection and machine shop safety. Staff are
encouraged to take ownership of their production work by giving feedback
regarding the efficiency of all CNC programming, shop safety issues, and overall
shop operation.
